We work with landlords who own city centre apparments and intend to let them out to professional tennants. By working with graduates we ensure that this is the case and unlike conventional letting agents we only target such tennants.
We also appreciate that you want a generous rental yield and to avoid periods in which the propery is unoccupied. Through linking with Universities and Graduate employers we can ensure that tenants who move out are quickly replaced by suitable tennants.
By combining utility bills and other services into the rent and offering an inclusive cost per week rental we can ensure that you receive a generous return and that the tenants have a clear, agreed price.
Our services are limited to introducing the tennants and confirming that the rent is paid. You manage your own properties in terms of repairs but we can assist you by recommending local suppliers.
